Situation
A major Pharmaceutical Company's Project Management Office (PMO) was in need of a reporting solution to forecast and report on Clinical Studies, FTEs, assignments and gaps in staffing. The Business Objects Universe needed to be integrated with Microsoft Project Server and allow for ad-hoc reporting as well as provide a series of canned reports and dashboards.
