ValexConsulting delivers integrated alumni CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to one of the leading organizations working with over 100 camps

Situation
A nonprofit organization was in need of a system that integrates with their donor management software and that will allow for the following functionality: Ability to give donation online and instant credit card processing, alumni search and directory, bulletin board, photo album functionality, pledge processing, event registration, volunteer management, calendars, etc.

Solution
Microsoft VB.NET application with SQL Server 2000 database. The new application offers seamless integration with the donor management system without a need to re-enter the information that would be prone to errors. The application allows the administrators to add/edit/delete forms that collect donations, donor information as well as other updates.

Benefits
Tens of camps and alumni organizations are set to launch with the new application in the next year. The application can be managed and integrated by the webmasters of the existing websites with some knowledge of HTML and stylesheets. Templating for the webpages, emails, etc. allow for a two-hour turnaround to get an alumni portal up and running with the same look and feel as an existing website.
