ValexConsulting delivers a rebate platform for one of the leading retailers of computers and consumer electronics

Situation
Rebate processing firm was looking to deliver an end-to-end solution for its major customer - one of the leading retailers of computers and electronics. Starting with administrative, call center and vendor reporting to self service program interface to consumer website that can be easily integrated with the retailers’ web presence. The system is integrated to accept transactions pushed from the retail Point-of-Sale terminals as well as the online website and B2B order processing system. Moreover, system is intergrated with fulfillment houses for checks as well as prepaid debit cards. Call center module is an integral part of the system as well.

Solution
Microsoft .NET application developed in C# with SQL Server 2005 database. The application supports role-based security, efficient tLog processing (retailers’ daily sales data) with a multitude of flexible offer conditions, rewards, returns processing, duplicate checks, email logging, etc. Reporting module offers caching as well as live-data reporting.
